AMC alumni Vincent Feletti, Chris Morano and Vanessa Mio

AMC Alumni are cordially invited to attend our 50th Anniversary celebration. Alumni will be able to visit AMC during the second week of camp and perform at the Gala concert on Saturday August 2 at the Bondar Pavilion in Sault Ste. Marie. Alumni are also encouraged to join camp large ensembles for Friday evening's final recital. Some alumni will also be participating in the faculty concert on July 31 or presenting master classes to campers during the camp session.

Wednesday, July 30:

  • Faculty concert rehearsals—faculty and alumni guest artists
  • Alumni registration
  • Informal dinner at camp
  • 7 PM Student evening recital
  • Camper Fun night
  • Alumni meet and greet

Thursday, July 31

  • Breakfast
  • Alumni Registration (all day)
  • Alumni may observe AM classes/rehearsals/lessons, sit in on large ensemble rehearsals
  • Lunch
  • Faculty concert rehearsals (faculty and alumni guests, rehearsals open)
  • Informal dinner at camp
  • 7 PM AMC Faculty recital followed by public reception

Friday, August 1

  • Breakfast
  • Alumni Registration (all day)
  • Alumni may observe classes/rehearsals/lessons, participate in large ensemble rehearsals
  • 4 PM Alumni meet and greet
  • BBQ dinner
  • Camper final concert, alumni join large ensembles
  • Evening reception, silent auction

Saturday, August 2:

  • Breakfast
  • 10-1 PM rehearsal at Roberta Bondar Pavilion, Sault Ste. Marie, ON (campers, alumni)
  • 1:30 lunch—campers and alumni at Bondar Pavilion
  • 3:00—5:00 Gala concert at Roberta Bondar Pavilion. Announcement of AMC Capital Campaign
  • 5:00 PM-? Reception and dinner 

Sunday, August 3:

  • Brunch
  • Hang-out/chamber music at camp
  • Possible Alumni overnight at camp, TBA

Camping on the AMC site will be available to registered to registered alumni and their families for a nominal fee. Alumni campers must provide their own tent or trailer. 

Meals:

Camp meals will be available by advance reservation at a nominal fee to cover costs. Receptions following the concerts on Thursday and Friday will be included in the concert ticket.
