The Algoma Music Camp will rent its facilities to groups meeting its conditions, during periods when the facilities are not otherwise in use. Please note that the facilities are not winterized.

Facilities available

Facilities located in the centre of the 50 acre (20 hectare) property include:

  1. A main building containing kitchen, dining room, washrooms and some accommodation. The dining room seats 100 and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for this number. Washrooms (male and female) are equipped with toilets, sinks and shower stalls. In the upstairs loft there are 10 insulated double bedrooms.
  2. A variety of smaller buildings and cabins. Small buildings can be used as practice and teaching areas, while rustic cabins provide sleeping accommodation for up to 70 people. Most cabins have bunk beds with foam mattresses.
  3. A barn (capacity 150) has a stage and movable seating. It can be used for weddings, performances, practices, dances, etc. Practice and storage areas are located on the lower level.

Suggested events

AMC provides a spacious and charming pastoral setting for large and small events needing facilities for only a day or up to several weeks. Weddings, reunions, performances, meetings, camps and retreats are among the possibilities.

All renters will be required to provide proof of insurance and sign a facilities rental contract with AMC.
